TOKEN2049 returns to Singapore with Nasdaq, BlackRock names
TOKEN2049 returns to Marina Bay Sands in Singapore on October 7-8, expecting 25,000 attendees from over 7,000 companies across 160 countries, the event announced.
The first 100 confirmed speakers include Shayne Coplan, founder and CEO of Polymarket; Jeff Yan, CEO of Hyperliquid Labs; Adena Friedman, chair and CEO of Nasdaq; Jenny Johnson, CEO of Franklin Templeton; Eric Trump, executive vice president of The Trump Organization; Raoul Pal, co-founder and CEO of Real Vision; and Tom Lee, managing partner and head of research at Fundstrat. Institutional participation is a stated focus for this edition, with senior leaders from BlackRock, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Nasdaq, NYSE, CME, and Franklin Templeton expected to attend.
- Dates: October 7-8, 2026

TOKEN2049 Week extends well past the main venue: more than 1,000 events, from conferences and hackathons to investor gatherings and networking receptions, will fill venues across the city. Several other major gatherings land in Singapore the same week, including the Digital Asset Summit Asia, Sui Basecamp, the Network State Conference, the Milken Institute Asia Summit, and the Forbes Global CEO Conference, all overlapping with the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix, a scheduling overlap that turns the city into one of the densest weeks on the crypto calendar. The 2026 programme also brings back the TOKEN2049 Origins hackathon for a second edition and the NEXUS Startup Competition, with this year's finalists judged by venture firms Dragonfly, Multicoin, and Maelstrom, giving early-stage teams a direct line to investors who otherwise take months to reach.
Two of the confirmed speakers have been in Intokened's coverage recently for reasons beyond the conference circuit: Tom Lee, whose Bitmine has kept buying ether even as the trade draws skepticism, and Shayne Coplan, whose Polymarket lost its banking relationship with JPMorgan earlier this year. Happy Bird tickets are on sale now for attendees planning their trip ahead of the October dates.
