About the company
Amit Jain, Alex Yu and Alberto Taiuti founded Luma AI in 2021 and started with 3D capture from a phone camera. The company switched to video with Dream Machine in 2024 and now trains its own Ray models, the latest of which renders in HDR. Its studio also runs models from other labs, so you can try Kling and Seedance on the same credits. Luma has no free plan; subscriptions start at thirty dollars a month.
